Reason:

Correct cartridge with wrong chip color.

Solution:
Make sure the chip is installed correctly.

Error ＂Wrong Ink Cartridge＂

Error: "Wrong Ink Cartridge"

Reason:
①The chip's color and model is correct, but wrong ink cartridge (need to note cartridge structure, cartridge with hole or without hole).

②Correct cartridge with wrong chip model and color.

Solution:
Make sure the chip is installed correctly.

Error ＂Cannot Detect＂

Error: "Cannot Detect"

Reason:
①The chip is not installed.
②Chip alignment is not accurate.
③The chip is correctly installed. But when replacing the consumed color cartridge, the entire cartridge is not removed (the printer may not detect the replaced cartridge)

Solution:
Make sure the chip is installed correctly.
