Apex Microelectronics acquired a qualification authorization for IC design issued by Chinese MIIT

Apex Microelectronics acquired a qualification authorization for integrated circuit (IC) design issued by Chinese Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in December 2013.

Using self-developed 32bits CPU as the core, and ASIC and SOC as solutions, Apex pioneers technologies of several digital IC fields including printer chips, printer supply chips, universal MCU chips, etc. It is also the first enterprise to utilize self-IP phase change memory in products and put the latter to mass production. Over ten years of development Apex now has a professional R&D team, and labs in Zhuhai, Shanghai, and Taiwan. With a large number of IC-related enterprises in US, Europe, Japan and Taiwan, Apex has widely built up cooperation. In terms of R&D, Apex has established its Zhuhai R&D Center with Zhejiang University, and itsTechnology Innovation Center with Chinese Commercial Stable Image Platform (CSIP) and Dalian University of Technology.
