Tips to Print a Supplies Status Page on Canon Inkjet IV-VII Series Printers

Hi, everyone! Nice to see you again. Let’s look at how to print a status page on Canon 4/5/6/7 printers today.

Similarly, the Canon 4/5/6/7 series is divided into those without a display screen and those with a display screen. Here are the detailed operation steps.

I: Printer without a Display Screen

1. Turn on the printer, and make sure they are functioning properly.

2. When Power button is on, press Resume/Cancel button. When Power button flashes twice, release Resume/Cancel button to print out the status page.

II: Printer with a Display Screen (Small Screen and Key-press)

1. Turn on the printer, and make sure they are functioning properly.

2. Press the OK button, navigate to Menu, select Maintain, press the OK button, then select Nozzle check, press the OK button to print out the status page.

III: Printer with a Display Screen (Big Screen and Key-press)

1. Turn on the printer, and make sure they are functioning properly.

2. Press Gear symbol, select Maintian, and select Nozzle check.

IV: Printer with a Display Screen (Big Touch Screen)

1. Turn on the printer, and make sure they are functioning properly.

2. Press Gear symbol on the screen, select Maintian, press Nozzle check to print out the status page.
